MENTAL HEALTH
This website is about Mental Health and how to live a better life. Learning how to achieve that better life is half the battle; the other half is maintaining what you learned to live that better life.

Blog
You can read about my journey through grief and depression after the loss of an adult child. There are stories of abuse, neglect, decision-making (good and bad), and the basics of learning about life.
I am not a funny person by nature. My funny bone is located in my armpit, which gets deodorant on occasion. However, I do try to share some humor in my efforts with the reader as I share an interesting spin on my view of life.
Books
This is where the rubber hit the road for me. I have written "stuff" before, but not books. That is a very different realm for me. I have a strong vocabulary because I love to read, but writing my own stuff is a different story.
My grief story is something I wanted to share, but putting that experience into words for the world to see has been rough because of all the rollercoaster emotions that are involved in telling it well.
My first writings in other collaborative efforts were raw and unfiltered. Now, I write like there is no end to the day. I get tired and mindless after a while. I go back and see that some of the work is good, and others belong in the delete section.
I have written a fantasy novel about life lessons and another about core values in life. There is more to come, and soon, these books will be available as they are almost complete.
I am excited.
Courses (Soon)
These courses will be available for different age groups.
The curriculum is focused on bringing a greater understanding of the course topic, such as decision-making and moral choices for all ages.
Others will include dealing with grief, depression, and trauma.
