Sample of Learning and Shaping Values
- How We Learn Values:
- Values are shaped by a combination of life experiences, cultural influences, and deliberate learning.
- Understanding the ways we acquire values helps us identify areas where growth is possible.
- Why This Matters:
- Many values are adopted unconsciously (e.g., through upbringing or peer pressure). Recognizing this allows us to take control of our personal development and realign with our True Self.
- Reflection Prompt:
- “Think of a value you hold strongly. Where do you think you learned it? Was it from experience, observation, or intentional effort?”
